🕒 Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be pre-approved — items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@thunderdeal.online with your order details.
  2. Wait for our approval and detailed return instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping Policy

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
  • If returning due to change of mind or wrong item ordered, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • ✅ No restocking fee will be charged in any case.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately and include the following in your email:

  • Photos of damaged or defective parts
  • Photo of incorrect item received (e.g., wrong color/design)
  • Photo of the size tag and full item with ruler (for size issues)
  • Photo of the original shipping label

We’ll resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different item or size?
We recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately. This helps speed up the process.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 10 business days.
  • You will receive a notification regarding your refund status.
