Therefore, we can modify your order information or cancel your order upon your request within 12 hours from the time you successfully place the order.

After this 12-hour window, we will not be able to modify your order information or cancel the order.

To achieve this, our new fulfillment system instantly submits your order details to our shipping partner as soon as your payment is successfully received. The fulfillment process, including label printing and package preparation, often begins within moments.

Even if your package hasn’t been scanned by the shipping carrier yet, it is already deep in our rapid fulfillment process. Our partners handle thousands of shipments daily for various businesses, making it infeasible to locate and alter individual packages once they’ve entered this streamlined workflow.
