Yes. Shopping on our online store is secure. We only accept PayPal as our payment method, and all transactions are processed securely through PayPal’s encrypted platform — we do not store any card details on our servers.

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We then process your order during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST). Orders placed after 6:30 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

After processing (1–5 business days), your package will be shipped via our trusted carriers (USPS, DHL, EMS) with delivery in 7–15 business days within the continental U.S. You’ll receive tracking details once it’s dispatched.

If for any reason your purchase isn’t right, we offer a simple 30-day return window. Eligible items can be returned unused, in their original condition, and pre-approved via our support team. Refunds are processed to your original PayPal account within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For defective or incorrect orders, we’ll cover the return shipping; otherwise, the cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Yes. Once your order is successfully placed and paid via PayPal, you will receive two emails:

  1. A payment receipt from PayPal, which serves as your invoice and includes all order and payment details.

  2. An order confirmation email from us, confirming that your purchase has been successfully processed.
